उपरोक्त निविदा की बोली-पूर्व बैठक दिनांक 08 जुलाई 2026 को पूर्वाहन 11:00 बजे संपदा विभाग, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक चंडीगढ़ में आयोजित की गई थी।

4. बैठक के दौरान प्रतिभागियों द्वारा उठाए गए सवाल तथा ईमेल के माध्यम से पूछे गए प्रश्न और बैंक द्वारा दी गई स्पष्टीकरण नीचे दिए गए हैं:

It is clarified that the bidder may upload video for physical testing with real vehicle (not simulated attack) in e-procurement portal / submit through e-mail / submit physical memory device. Further, crash testing certificate shall be uploaded with the tender documents. |

Query regarding clear passage width and required length of drop pole barrier, specified under para 6.1 of “Section – VI: Technical Specifications” the tender. |
It is clarified the clear passage width should be read as 4,490 mm (or as actual at site) and required length of drop pole barrier should be read as 5,140 mm (or as actual at site). |

Request for considering K4/ M30 crash rated boom barrier in place of K12/ M50 crash rated boom barrier as specified in the tender. |
Tender specifications shall remain unchanged. |
| iv. |
Request for revision of the definition of similar works to “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Boom Barriers, Bollards, or similar perimeter security products” and accordingly revising the pre-qualification criteria, instead of restricting the definition of similar works to Crash Rated Boom Barriers exclusively. |
Tender specifications shall remain unchanged. |
5. यह बोली-पूर्व बैठक के मिनट निविदा दस्तावेज का हिस्सा बनेंगे। निविदा की अन्य सभी शर्तें और नियम समान रहेंगे।
