ग्रामीण उपभोक्ता विश्वास सर्वेक्षण

आज, रिज़र्व बैंक ने अपने द्वि-मासिक ग्रामीण उपभोक्ता विश्वास सर्वेक्षण (आरसीसीएस)1 2 के जुलाई 2026 दौर के परिणाम जारी किए। सर्वेक्षण में मुद्रास्फीति की जानकारी के अलावा सामान्य आर्थिक स्थिति, रोजगार परिदृश्य, समग्र मूल्य स्थिति, स्वयं की आय और व्यय पर परिवारों की वर्तमान धारणाओं (एक साल पहले की तुलना में) और एक वर्ष पहले की अपेक्षाओं को एकत्रित किया गया है। यह सर्वेक्षण 11-20 जुलाई, 2026 के दौरान आयोजित किया गया था, जिसमें सभी भारतीय राज्यों और तीन प्रमुख केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के ग्रामीण और अर्ध-शहरी क्षेत्रों में 8,581 प्रतिक्रियाओं को शामिल किया गया था।

मुख्य विशेषताएँ:

  • वर्तमान स्थिति सूचकांक (सीएसआई)3 के अनुसार, वर्तमान अवधि के लिए ग्रामीण उपभोक्ता विश्वास घटकर 91.7 हो गया (चार्ट 1; टेबल 9)।

  • अगले साल के लिए अपेक्षाएं आशावादी बनी रहीं, हालांकि पिछले सर्वेक्षण दौर से थोड़ी कम हैं; भविष्य की अपेक्षा सूचकांक (एफईआई) 113.6 पर रहा (चार्ट 1; टेबल 9)।

  • जुलाई 2026 के सर्वेक्षण दौर में, ग्रामीण परिवारों की मुद्रास्फीति4 की धारणा और एक साल आगे की अपेक्षा, दोनों ही 20 आधार अंक (बीपीएस) बढ़कर क्रमशः 6.1 प्रतिशत और 7.4 प्रतिशत हो गईं (चार्ट 2; टेबल 12)।

2 सर्वेक्षण के परिणाम उत्तरदाताओं के विचारों को दर्शाते हैं, जो आवश्यक रूप से रिज़र्व बैंक द्वारा साझा नहीं किए जाते हैं। पिछले सर्वेक्षण दौर के परिणाम बैंक की वेबसाइट पर जून 05, 2026 को जारी किए गए थे।

3 सीएसआई और एफईआई को पांच सर्वेक्षण मापदंडों पर शुद्ध प्रतिक्रियाओं के साथ संकलित किया जाता है, जैसे सामान्य आर्थिक स्थिति, रोजगार, आय, मूल्य स्तर और व्यय, क्रमश: वर्तमान अवधि (एक वर्ष पहले की तुलना में) और एक वर्ष आगे के लिए। सीएसआई और एफईआई = 100 + उपरोक्त मापदंडों की शुद्ध प्रतिक्रियाओं का औसत।

4 मुद्रास्फीति की धारणाओं और अपेक्षाओं के सभी अनुमान मीडियन के संदर्भ में दिए गए हैं, जब तक कि अन्यथा न कहा गया हो।

6 'शुद्ध प्रतिक्रिया' आशावाद की रिपोर्ट करने वाले उत्तरदाताओं और निराशावाद की रिपोर्ट करने वालों के प्रतिशत के बीच का अंतर है। यह -100 और 100 के बीच होता है। शून्य से अधिक कोई भी मान विस्तार/आशावाद को इंगित करता है और शून्य से कम मान संकुचन/निराशावाद को इंगित करता है।
