आरबीआई वेबसाइट (www.rbi.org.in) के "निविदाएं" लिंक के अंतर्गत 30 मई, 2025 को जारी किया गया निविदा संदर्भ संख्या - आरबीआई/गुवाहाटी/एचआरएमडी/3/25-26/ईटी/152 (दवाओं और औषधियों की आपूर्ति) का संदर्भ आमंत्रित किया जाता है।
2. उपरोक्त संदर्भ में, यह सूचित किया जाता है कि आरएफपी दस्तावेज़ के खंड-IV के पैरा 03 (ए), अनुबंध I और अनुबंध X को निम्नानुसार संशोधित किया गया है:

On entering into an annual contract with the Bank, as specified above, the vendor will have to furnish a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) for 10% of the tender value as specified in Annex X, in favour of Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati valid for 18 months issued by a Scheduled Bank. In case the bank enters into multiple contracts with multiple vendors the PBG will be equally divided among selected vendors for the annual contract. |

THEREFORE, WE hereby affirm that we are guarantors and responsible to you up to a total sum of Rs 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh only) and we undertake to pay you, upon your first written demand declaring the successful supplier to be in default under the contract and without demur cavil or argument, any sum or sums within the amount as aforesaid, without your needing to prove or to show the grounds or reasons for your demand or the sum specified therein. |

संशोधित/परिवर्तित आरएफपी दस्तावेज़ संलग्न है। बोलीदाताओं से अनुरोध है कि वे शुद्धिपत्र में दिए गए संशोधनों पर विचार करने के बाद बोली प्रस्तुत करें।
3. निविदा में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी नियम एवं शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी।
