मुद्रास्फीति पर घरेलू अपेक्षाओं का सर्वेक्षण

आज रिज़र्व बैंक ने मुद्रास्फीति पर घरेलू अपेक्षाओं के सर्वेक्षण (IESH)1 2 के जुलाई 2022 के दौर के परिणाम जारी किए। यह सर्वेक्षण 7 से 14 जुलाई, 2022 के दौरान 19 प्रमुख शहरों में किया गया था। परिणाम 5,935 शहरी परिवारों की प्रतिक्रियाओं पर आधारित हैं।

विशेष:

  1. नवीनतम सर्वेक्षण दौर में मौजूदा अवधि के लिए परिवारों की औसत मुद्रास्फीति धारणा 80 आधार अंकों (बीपीएस) से 9.3 प्रतिशत तक कम हो गई। मई 2022 के सर्वेक्षण के दौर के मुक़ाबले एक वर्ष और तीन महीने आगे की औसत मुद्रास्फीति अपेक्षाएँ 50 और 60 आधार अंकों तक कम हो गईं [चार्ट 1ए और 1बी; तालिका 3]।

  2. वर्तमान अवधि के साथ-साथ तीन महीने और एक वर्ष आगे की अवधि के लिए भी उत्तरदाताओं की अधिकांश श्रेणियों के लिए औसत मुद्रास्फीति की अपेक्षाएँ कम हो गईं है [सारणी 2]।

  3. पिछले सर्वेक्षण दौर से, सभी उत्पाद समूहों के लिए उच्च मुद्रास्फीति की उम्मीद करने वाले परिवारों की हिस्सेदारी में गिरावट आई है [सारणी 1 (ए) और 1 (बी)]।

  4. समग्र मूल्य अपेक्षाएं आम तौर पर तीन महीने और एक वर्ष के क्षितिज दोनों के लिए खाद्य और गैर-खाद्य उत्पादों की कीमतों के साथ-साथ सेवाओं की लागत के साथ संरेखित थी [सारणी 4]।

1 सर्वेक्षण के परिणाम उत्तरदाताओं के विचारों को दर्शाते हैं, जो जरूरी नहीं कि रिज़र्व बैंक द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त हों। पिछले सर्वेक्षण चक्र के परिणाम बैंक की वेबसाइट पर जून 08, 2022 को जारी किए गए थे।

2 यह सर्वेक्षण भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के द्वारा द्विमाही अंतरालों पर संचालित किया जाता है। यह सर्वेक्षण निकट भविष्य में मुद्रास्फीतिकारी दबावों पर उत्तरदाताओं से प्राप्त यथापेक्षित उपयोगी निदेशात्मक जानकारी प्रदान करता है और उनकी स्वयं की खपत प्रवृत्ति को प्रतिबिंबित करता है। अतः इन्हें मुद्रास्फीति पर पारिवारिक इकाइयो की भावनाओं के रूप में माना जाना चाहिए। मुद्रास्फीति प्रत्याशाओं के सभी अनुमान मेडियन के रूप में दिए गए हैं, जब तक कि न कहा गया हो।
