यह बैठक 20 अक्टूबर, 2023 को सुबह 11.00 बजे कॉलेज ऑफ एग्रीकल्चरल बैंकिंग, पुणे में आयोजित की गई थी। बैठक की कार्यवाही का नेतृत्व सहायक महाप्रबंधक श्रीमती अंजली कार्येकर ने किया।

3. आरंभ में, अध्यक्ष ने प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया और उन्हें सलाह दी कि वे अपने संदेह/प्रश्न, यदि कोई हों, प्रस्तुत करें। विक्रेताओं को अपने आगे के प्रश्न, यदि कोई हो, प्रस्तुत करने के लिए जेनेरिक ईमेल आईडी प्रदान की गई थी। प्रतिनिधियों को निविदा के विभिन्न पहलुओं और बैंक की आवश्यकताओं के बारे में बताया गया और उन्हें यह भी सलाह दी गई कि वे निविदा के लिए बोली लगाने के लिए एमएसटीसी पोर्टल - संस्करण 3 पर अपनी कंपनी / व्यक्ति / फर्म / ठेकेदार को पंजीकृत करें।

5. बोलीदाताओं से अनुरोध है कि वे उपर्युक्त कार्यवृत्त में दिए गए स्पष्टीकरणों पर विचार करने के बाद बोली प्रस्तुत करें। (बैठक के इस कार्यवृत्त की विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित/मुद्रित प्रति अपलोड की जानी चाहिए)। सभी विक्रेताओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे आरबीआई परिसर में काम करते समय सुरक्षा आवश्यकताओं से परिचित होने के लिए साइट का दौरा करें। बोलीदाताओं को सलाह दी गई थी कि वे भाग-I के साथ मूल्य बोली प्रस्तुत न करें, अन्यथा निविदा अस्वीकृत कर दी जाएगी। यह दोहराया गया कि यह निविदा दस्तावेज का पूरक है और निविदा का हिस्सा होगा। यदि निविदा दस्तावेज और शुद्धिपत्र के बीच कोई संघर्ष होता है, तो शुद्धिपत्र प्रबल होगा।
6. बोली दस्तावेज के शेष नियम, शर्तें और विनिर्देश समान बने रहेंगे। बोली प्रस्तुत करने को बोली दस्तावेज और स्पष्टीकरण के अनुरूप माना जाएगा। बैंक भविष्य में किसी भी बोलीदाता/ठेकेदार से आगे किसी प्रश्न/स्पष्टीकरण पर विचार करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं होगा। |
