Corrigendum dated October 17, 2025 Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting Corrigendum dated October 13, 2025 e-Tender no: RBI/RAIPUR REGIONAL OFFICE/Others/1/25-26/ET/550[RBI Raipur Rajyostav 2025] Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Raipur (hereinafter called “The Bank”) invites e-tenders from Contractors (as defined in the tender document) under two-bid system (Technical Bid and Financial Bid), for Design, Fabrication, Decoration and Maintaining of RBI Stall at Rajyotsav, Atal Nagar, Naya Raipur for the period from November 01, 2025, to November 05, 2025. The Tender process will be executed through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn) Interested tenderers must register themselves with MSTC Ltd. through the aforementioned website to participate in the tendering process. Tender document can be downloaded from both the RBI website www.rbi.org.in under ‘Tender’ section and from the website www.mstcecommerce.com i.e. MSTC portal. The last date for submission of e-Tender is October 21, 2025, at 03.00 PM. The part I of the e-Tender will be opened electronically on October 21, 2025, at 04.00 PM. In the event of any date being declared holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Tenders submitted only through the portal, will be accepted for the captioned process. Tenders, if received after the said date and time, will not be accepted by the Bank. The Bank shall have the right to cancel, modify the Tender and extend the deadline for submission of Tender. Further, the Bank reserves the right to accept any Tender, either in full or in part and to reject any or all the Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
