Corrigendum dated October 17, 2025 Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting Please refer to “E-Tender for Design, Fabrication, Decoration and Maintaining of RBI Stall at Rajyotsav, Atal Nagar, Naya Raipur scheduled to be organized by CSIDC from November 01-05, 2025 (RBI/RAIPUR REGIONAL OFFICE/Others/1/25-26/ET/550[RBI Raipur). 2. In this connection, please note that the revised area of the stall would be approximately 1395 sqft. Therefore, approximate area of stall mentioned in ‘Description of Item’ and ‘Scope of Work’ in the tender document to be read as 1395 sqft. instead of 2400 sqft. 3. Further, it may kindly be noted that the Bank’s Estimate (exclusive of GST, Labour Cess etc) changed at ₹10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only). 4. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) changed at ₹20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only). 5. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 6. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary action of all the intending bidders. 7. The submission of bids by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above. |
