Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting cum Corrigendum

Please refer to the e-Tender no: RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/HRMD/9/25-26/ET/1047[IFMS] for the captioned work invited on February 24, 2026 through RBI website (www.rbi.org.in) and MSTC website (www.mstcecommerce.com).

2. In this connection, it is hereby informed that the last date for submission of EMD and bids has been extended up to March 19, 2026 (23:59 hrs) and March 20, 2026 (13:00 hrs) respectively, and Part-I opening of tender will be on March 20, 2026 (15:00 hrs onwards).

3. All the other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document remain unchanged.
