Addendum Cum Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting – Controlled demolition including disposal of unserviceable materials and giving credit (value in terms of money) for taking away the materials having scrap/salvage value from the buildings (G+3 floors) (Flat no. 193 to 224) and scooter parking area in residential colony of Reserve Bank of India situated at Digha, Patna

The captioned tender was published on July 25, 2025 through RBI website (www.rbi.org.in). In this connection, a ‘Pre-Bid Meeting’ for the captioned tender was conducted as per schedule at 12:00 Noon on August 01, 2025 in Estate Department, Second Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Patna. In this regard, Minutes of the Meeting is issued as per below details.

(iii) Queries discussed in the meeting and clarifications/comments thereof given by the Bank:

1. Whether debris generated from the work may be removed after all the demolition work is completed? It was clarified that the debris may be removed after all the demolition work is completed. However, the Bank may advise to remove on regular interval for smooth conduct of demolition work.
2. How much structure below the foundation will have to be demolished? It was clarified that, item no-1 of Part II of the tender may be referred for the same in this regard.

Further, it was reiterated that complete demolition work for the mentioned site should be done using latest technology, machineries, tools etc.

Addendum

‘Treasure Trove: Should any treasure, fossils, minerals, or works of art of a queried interest be found while carrying out the works, the contractor shall give immediate notice to the Bank of any such discovery and shall hand over such find to the Bank.’

Please Note:

  1. This minute of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document / Agreement.

  2. Rest of the Terms and conditions and specifications of bid document shall continue to remain same.

  3. The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of application by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
