Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh (therein after referred as ‘‘the Bank’’) invites e-tender from eligible and willing firms for undertaking “Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (DSITC) of VRF based air-conditioning system for ITBP billets at Reserve Bank of India’s Main Office Building in Chandigarh”. The work is estimated to cost ₹21.89 lakh (including GST) only to be completed within 90 days from 14th day of issue of work order. 2. It is an open e-tender. Only those interested and eligible firms, which are registered on MSTC portal may be able to participate in the tender. The tender document will be available on website www.rbi.org.in for viewing / download. 3. E-Tender shall be submitted online in two parts. Part-I of the e-tender will contain technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work, which must be agreed by the tenderers. Part-II of the e-tender will contain the Bank’s schedule of quantities and price bid to be submitted online. 4.
