A Pre-Bid meeting in connection with tender No. RBI/Kanpur Regional Office/Estate/7/25-26/ET/542, which was floated on MSTC on October 09, 2025, for the captioned work, was conducted at 11:00 AM on November 06, 2025 at Estate Department, RBI Kanpur. 2. During the meeting, it was suggested by M/s Siddhartha Constructions and M/s Meenakshi electricals that instead of 4 core, the power cable mentioned in BOQ item no. 3 of the tender may be 3.5 core because 4 core cable is difficult to get in the market quickly and OEMs do not manufacture it without a separate large order. In its place, 3.5 core power cable is easily available in the market. 4. In light of the above, given the need to complete the work on time, the suggestions proposed by various firms may be accepted. It is understood that a 3.5-core, 240 sqmm, power cable would also be capable of carrying the electrical load. Apart from this, after discussion with the vendor, due to revision of list price of cable and discount available in the market in October 2025, there will be no difference in the estimated expenditure of the tender considering the purchase cost of 3.5 core and the total cost of the work will be estimated to be Rs. 8 lakh only. 5.
