Extension of Last Date of Submission Reserve Bank of India, Raipur, invites sealed applications for Empanelment of Suppliers/Contractors under various categories for Civil, Electrical and other works in its Premises at Naya Raipur. The empanelment shall be carried out for different categories under each trade/sub-trade based on the estimated cost of work/ supply. Interested suppliers/contractors may download the application form from the Bank’s website at ‘www.rbi.org.in’ under the link ‘Tenders’ or collect the Application Form from the Assistant General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Cell, Sector- 24, Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh- 492101, on any working day from July 25, 2025 to August 21, 2025 from 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs. Interested applicants may apply for empanelment for single or multiple trades and either in any or all categories. The applicants are mandatorily required to superscribe “Empanelment 2025-2028 – Estate Cell” – As per Annex IV on the sealed cover containing the application and requisite documents. The Empanelment applications without sealed cover and superscription shall be summarily rejected without assigning any reason. Interested applicants should submit the completed application form along with requisite documents in a sealed cover superscribed “Empanelment 2025-2028 – Estate Cell” – As per Annex IV to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Cell, Sector- 24, Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh- 492101 on or before 1500 hrs of August 21, 2025. During scrutiny, if any of the applicant is found not to possess the required prequalification or to have submitted false/ incorrect information, his/her application will be liable for rejection. Applications of only those applicants who fulfil the specified Pre-Qualification Criteria and submit the required documents shall be processed further. |
