Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting (E-tender No. RBI/FIDD-CO Central Office Departments/Others/1/25-26/ET/319[CONCURRENT AUDITORS]) Reserve Bank of India, Financial Inclusion and Development Department, Central Office, Mumbai (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites e-tenders under Two-Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for Appointment of Concurrent Auditor for Reserve Bank of India, FIDD, CO cluster for the year 2025-26 w.e.f. October 01, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with the provision of reappointment for a maximum of two more years, one year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance under a system of appraisal. The applicants should submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding e-tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects in the prescribed format on or before 04:00 PM on August 12, 2025. Tenders submitted only through the MSTC portal, will be accepted for the captioned process. Tenders, if received, after the said date and time, will not be accepted by the Bank. The Part-I (Technical Bid) will be opened electronically on August 13, 2025 at 11:30 AM. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
