It has been decided to extend the last date for submission of bids as well as EMD to December 11, 2023 till 14:00 hrs. The Part-I (i.e. Techno-Commercial Bid) will be subsequently opened on December 11, 2023 at 15:00 hrs. 3. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the NIQ document remain unchanged.
