‘the successful Bidder shall furnish an amount of 5% of the contract value in the form of online transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to RBI A/c or Demand Draft (DD) or in the form of a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) from any scheduled Bank in the form prescribed by the Bank (which will be submitted along with letter of acceptance) towards Security Deposit (SD) for the due fulfilment of the contract.’ | | 2 | Whether EMD is to be remitted by the intending bidder?
