Corrigendum RBI/Mumbai/Others/14/22-23/ET/551 An open tender for the captioned work was floated on January 16, 2023. As per the tender timelines and Schedule of Tender, the Pre-bid meeting was held on February 13, 2023 at 11.00 AM in Old Conference Room of Mumbai Regional Office, Fort, Mumbai. In the presence of IEM, Shri Divya Prakash Sinha, IPS (Retd) via Video Conferencing (online Webex meeting). In this connection, written queries for pre-bid meeting were received from M/s Swastik Electrotech Pvt Ltd and two vendors, i.e., M/s BVG India Ltd. and M/s National Security Services submitted their queries on e-mail up to the scheduled date and time given in the tender document. In the pre-bid meeting, 12 bidders participated as detailed below and had raised the queries w.r.t. the tender document.
