Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Protocol and Security Establishment, Mezzanine Floor, Mumbai Office, Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg, Fort, Mumbai had invited “E-TENDER FOR PROVIDING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES (HOUSEKEEPING) AT RESIDENTIAL COLONIES OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI” on January 16, 2023.

The modifications / amendments to the tender are enclosed. The Bidders are requested to submit the bid after taking into account the modifications given in corrigendum.

CORRIGENDUM

E-TENDER FOR PROVIDING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES (HOUSEKEEPING) AT RESIDENTIAL COLONIES OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI

I) Part II, Section II, (2), (3) on Page no. 127

Tender condition: Employee Provident Fund (EPF) – 13.61% of (Basic + VDA+ EDLI + Administrative charges). Under EPF the contribution is payable on maximum wages ceiling of ₹15,000/-

Please refer the condition Part II, Section II, (2), (3) on Page no.127 in this regard Bank modified the condition as below:

Modification: Employee Provident Fund (EPF) – 13% of (Basic + VDA+ EDLI + Administrative charges). Under EPF the contribution is payable on maximum wages ceiling of ₹15,000/-

Tender condition: Bonus – 8.33% (Basic + VDA)

Modification: Bonus – 8.33% (Basic + VDA) Under Bonus the contribution is payable on maximum wages ceiling of ₹21,000/-

Tender condition: Reliever Charges – 16%

List of consumables is mentioned in Annexure – B. These cleaning materials should be supplied by the successful bidder in all colonies per month. Bidders are advised to visit the colonies of the Bank to arrive at monthly consumption of consumables and accordingly quote the rates. The list of cleaning material is indicative and whenever additional cleaning material/ chemicals are required as per the scope of work the bidder should provide without any additional cost.
