Cancellation of Tender Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting Online Tenders in two parts by E-Tendering process are invited for awarding Integrated Facility Management Services at Bank’s Main Office Building and Three (03) Residential Colonies of RBI Bhubaneswar, Odisha from April 01, 2023 to March 31, 2024. The work is estimated to cost ₹3,37,00,000/- for 12 months including taxes. 2. Online tenders will be available for view/ download to all bidders from 03:00 PM of February 03, 2023. The Bidders who do not submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with technical bid will not be considered for opening of Part-I of tender. The Bidders who do not comply with the eligibility criteria and fails to secure minimum prescribed score i.e., 50 marks, in technical evaluation will not be considered for opening of their Part-II financial bid tender. 3. The EMD paid by NEFT (proof) shall be submitted in sealed cover (or through email – estatebhubaneswar@rbi.org.in) addressed to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar, Odisha so as to reach us latest by 11:00 AM on March 16, 2023 superscripted as “EMD for Integrated Facility Management Services at Bank’s Main Office Building and Three (03) Residential Colonies of RBI Bhubaneswar, Odisha from April 01, 2023 to March 31, 2024”. 4. All the documents relating to eligibility criteria should be uploaded on MSTC site. Same will be downloaded after bid opening date for examination by the Bank. 5. A Pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Bidders will be held on March 03, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar. 6. After examination, if any of the Bidder is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders will not be accepted by the Bank for further processing. 7. Part-I of the tenders will be opened on-line at 04:00 PM on March 16, 2023 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders who choose to be present. Part-II (Price bid) of the eligible bidders shall be opened on a subsequent date which will be intimated in advance. 8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender.
