[Clause SC 10] | The request has been acceded to by the Bank | | 15 | Vendor asked for removal of clause mentioned in scope of work during CAMC; (vi) In case of breakdown due to water entry in pit due to rain or water entry from upper floor landings during fire drills, pit switch and other equipment if become defective, same shall be replaced without any charge and to be covered under CAMC
[Clause SC 10] | The request has been acceded to by the Bank and the damaged parts due to water entry shall be paid extra as and when occurs. | 4. All remaining other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain same. Above changes are not causing any financial implications and thus the total estimated cost remains unchanged. 5.
