The last date of submission of bids online through MSTC website was specified as 2:00 PM on December 16, 2021. Extension of Time: It is now advised that the time for submission of bids has been extended to 02:00 PM on December 23, 2021. The bids will be opened at 3.00 PM on December 23, 2021.
