Extension of Last Date of Submission

The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted by Estate Department, at MOB, Conference room via Webex on 02.12.2020 at 11.00 AM in presence of the following:

For Reserve Bank of India:

1. Shri. P S V Sudhakar, AGM (Estate)

2. Shri. Sunil Shantaram Phadke, A.M (Tech-Estate)

3. Shri. Keerthi Sharma K S, A.M (Estate)

Tenderers:

1. Shri Azhar Khan, MK Enterprises.

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows.

1. Query 1 : Whether experience in only Chiller plant will be considered for the said cooling tower work?

Bank’s Clarification : Work of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Cooling towers will only be considered for the said work.

2. Query 2 : Which are the approved make of the cooling towers?

Bank’s Clarification : The list of approved make of the Cooling Towers has been given on page No. 70 Section (IX) of the part I of tender.

Note :

1. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document/Agreement.

2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same.

3. The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above.
