Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting Corrigendum Reserve Bank of India, Belapur, Regional Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites E-tenders under Two–Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for the provision of Fire Fighting Staff for maintenance of firefighting equipment and disaster management services at RBI Belapur Main office premises. The agreement shall be for the deployment for a period of one year i.e. for the period from April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022 and extendable up to two more years subject to mutual consent of both the parties and based on the satisfactory performance of the Service Provider / Contractor / Vendor(s). 2. The tenderers, having office/s in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai, should electronically submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before March 25, 2021 (1400 hrs). Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with refundable EMD of ₹65,400/-, complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. The technical bids will be opened electronically on March 25, 2021 (1500 hrs). In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. 3. Tender document can be downloaded from website www.rbi.org.in and www.mstcecommerce.com. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only.
