Corrigendum Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad Office, (henceforth will be referred as “the Bank”) intends to empanel Panel of Suppliers for supply of provisions viz. Grocery items, vegetables, fruits, non-vegetarian items, ready-made chapattis, milk & milk products, sweets, snack items, etc to the Officers Lounge and Dining Room (OLDR), Human Resource Management Department, Reserve Bank of India, Saifabad, Hyderabad. Accordingly, the Bank invites applications from reputed Suppliers who are interested in empanelment in the Panel of Suppliers as above. The prospective suppliers, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and agree to all the terms and conditions specified may submit the applications in the prescribed form (Annex- I) through MSTC Portal. Further, the prospective suppliers (interchangeably also termed as tenderers), after downloading the application along with documents from the MSTC portal, may also submit the applications in a sealed cover to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, No. 6-1-56, Secretariat Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad 500 004. The empanelment process would be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi. All interested companies / firms /agencies must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above-mentioned website to participate in the e-tendering process. The tenderers should submit their application, as per the instructions regarding E-tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects to satisfy the Bank about the eligibility as specified in tender document on or before 2.00 PM, on January 04, 2021. In case the said eligibility criteria are not fulfilled, the application will be rejected. Tenderers shall submit application along with refundable EMD of Rs.80,000/-(Rupees Eighty Thousand only), complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. However, at any time prior to the last date for receipt of tender, the Bank may, for any reason, whether on its own or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective tenderer, may modify the tender document by an amendment. The amendment so made will be notified in the Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in and in the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi) and the same shall be binding on the prospective tenderers. In order to provide the prospective tenderers with reasonable time to take the amendments if any, into account in preparing their application, the Bank may at its discretion, extend the last date of submission of the tender. The tenderer should regularly check the Bank’s website / MSTC-portal for any amendment / corrigendum / clarification regarding the e-tender. No e-tender can be modified subsequent to the last date of submission of the e-tender. No e-tender can be withdrawn in the time period between the last date for submission of application and the expiry of the e-tender validity period as specified in the e-tender document. Withdrawal of the tender during the said interval shall result in forfeiture of the EMD submitted by the tenderer. The e-tender will be opened electronically on January 04, 2021 at 04.00 PM. In the event of the opening date being declared a Holiday, the same will be opened on next working day at 12.00 Noon. The Bank is not bound to accept any application and reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
