Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting - RFID based Fixed Asset Management System/Solution (FAMS) for the Reserve Bank of India at New Delhi

The pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted by the Estate Department at MOB, New Delhi through Webinar via Cisco Webex on November 3, 2020 between 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. The following staff members of RBI and firms/prospective tenderers were present during the pre-bid meeting:

The following queries/proposals were raised in the pre-bid meeting:

1. Whether the tenderes faced any technical issues in filling the tender? The tenderes found the form user-friendly and did not encounter any technical issues in filling the form.
2. Whether the project is limited to tagging of fixed assets in the Main Office Premises?

The project shall be implemented in the following premises of the Bank:

  1. MOB, Parliament Street
  2. RBI Colony, Vasant Vihar
  3. RBI Colony, R.K. Puram
  4. RBI Colony, Sarojini Nagar
  5. RBI Colony, Rabindra Nagar
One colony is under-construction colony at Hauz Khas, which may be ready to implement RFID project with in a year.
3. Who is the contact person in various colonies for the project? Care-takers will be the contact person for the project in colonies.
4. Will the tenderer be provided with internal inventory number for all the assets to be tagged? Yes, as per NIT.
5. One of the tenderers expressed the view that the terms of tender are broad. According to him, more stringent criteria should be adopted by the Bank to select their tenderers As per NIT.
6. Is there any specific format for reconciliation report & certificate that we have to submit? As per NIT.

Note: This document shall form part and parcel of the tender. Hence, shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. All the other Commercial & Technical terms & conditions will be as per the tender document.
