Cancellation of tender Minutes of Pre Bid Meeting Corrigendum Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi (hereinafter called “the Bank”) intends to empanel (three or more) highly reputed and capable Car Hiring Agencies/Companies for the purpose of hiring cars on need basis for a period up to one year (extendable further). E-tenders are invited from car hiring/taxi operator agencies/ companies, satisfying the following eligible criteria for empanelment, for a period of one year, which may be extended for further periods as may be decided by the Bank based on the performance of the service provider/s. 1. Minimum experience of 5 (five) years in the field of providing transport service. 2. Should have provided/ been providing car hire services to at least three Government/semi-government/public sector undertakings/banks/MNCs, etc at least for 1 year during the last three years. 3. The tendering firms/company should have minimum fleet of 20 (twenty) owned cars comprising of the following cars: Maruti Dzire, Toyota Etios, Honda Amaze, Hyundai Xcent, Nissan Sunny, Honda City, Maurti Ciaz, Toyota Yaris, Toyota Innova, Toyota Corolla Altis (attach copies of Registration Certificates/ Books). Of the total cars the tendering firm should have minimum 4 Honda city/Ciaz and 2 Innova/ Crysta in their owned fleet. 4. The agencies should have an annual turnover of not less than ₹ 2 crore. 5. The vehicles should have valid All India taxi permits. (Attach copies of taxi permits) 6. The tendering firms/companies should have all applicable tax registrations (PAN, TIN, GSTIN etc.) (Attach copies of the same). 7. The tendering firms/company should have own office in Delhi. 8. The tendering firms/company should have a current account in a scheduled commercial bank for effecting payments. 9. Tender forms/documents will be available at our website www.rbi.org.in and www.mstcecommerce.com from May 25, 2019. The tenderers must use only the forms/documents downloaded from bank website/MSTCE website. Any amendment(s)/ corrigendum/clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website/e-portal only. The tenderers should regularly check the above website/e-portal for any amendment/ corrigendum/clarification. The tenderers should submit their proposal, as per the instructions, regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respect on or before 12 Noon on 17/06/2019. Tenderers shall submit e-tender proposal along with refundable EMD of ₹ 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. 10. The last date for submission of application is June 17, 2019 (up to 12 Noon). 11. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 3 PM on May 30, 2019 The tender Part I (Technical Bid) will be opened electronically at 3 PM on June 17, 2019. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Eligible bidders will be informed through email/sms about time and date of opening of Part-II (Price Bid) and the contract will be awarded to the eligible bidders present on the day of opening of Part-II (Price Bid). The car hiring/rent-a-car agencies/ companies should own car models/ makes as mentioned in Price Bid (refer to Annex C). Apart from the above mentioned conditions, the empanelment will be subject to fulfilment of the terms and conditions spelt out by the Bank in this regard in Annex ‘A’. Applications of agencies which fulfil the terms and conditions set out in Annex ‘A’ will only be considered by the Bank. The final empanelment will be done after the car hiring/rent-a-car agencies convey in writing that the rates fixed by the Bank and the terms and conditions as enlisted in Annexure A are fully acceptable to them and that the guidelines/instructions will be meticulously followed by them.
