Please refer to the RFP corresponding to the captioned tender notice published on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in on March 20, 2019 inviting application from eligible vendors for development, implementation and maintenance of Software Platform for External Commercial Borrowings and Trade Credits Reporting and Approval (SPECTRA) through e-tender route. The deadline for submission of bids online through MSTC website (www.mstcecommerce.com) was specified as 3:00 pm, May 20, 2019.

Extension of Date

It is advised that the deadline for submission of bids has been extended to June 19, 2019, 03:00 pm. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the RFP remain unchanged.
