Mumbai Regional Office, Reserve Bank of India had invited open tenders for the captioned work through MSTC portal. 2. In this connection, the evaluation formula of price bids shall as per the Tender Document i.e as follows: | L1 = | Basic Hiring Charge/ per ambulance/ per month for ALS ambulance for running distance up to 1000 KM (Excluding GST) X 0.9 | + | Rate per KM beyond 1000 KM X 0.1 | | 1000 | 3. However, on MSTC portal, the embedded formula divides the Basic Hiring Charge by 100 instead of 1000. Hence, vendors are requested to follow the below mentioned steps while quoting in MSTC: -
Download the price sheet (workbook) from MSTC. -
Add new sheet to the downloaded excel workbook. -
Copy the contents of the excel sheet shared given in the Annex and paste it in the newly added sheet. -
After copy pasting, quote your rates in the Rate column. -
Save and upload the excel workbook on MSTC. (Please note that, since the rates are quoted in a new sheet, the total amount reflected will not be captured as Price Bid in MSTC portal. Accordingly, L1 will be decided by the bank based on the rates quoted by the firms as per excel uploaded by the Vendors.) 4.
