(Event No. - RBI/Mumbai Regional Office/HRMD/2/26-27/ET/187) Reserve Bank of India, a statutory corporation incorporated in terms of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, having its Office at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg, Mumbai and its Regional Office at Fort, Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) invites e-Tender under Two-bid system (Technical Bid & Price Bid) from eligible Ambulance Service Providers (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”) for providing Ambulance Services to Bank’s Offices at BKC and Byculla in Mumbai on retention basis for a duration of 10 hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) daily from Monday to Friday on Contract basis for a period of 07 months from September 01, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The contract shall be extendable for a further period of two years, one year at a time, solely at the discretion of the Bank subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent. 2. The tendering shall be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. Tender document will be made available for viewing / downloading on the Bank’s website at https://www.rbi.org.in and MSTC website at https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn from 11:00 AM on July 14, 2026. The Vendors should upload duly completed applications along with necessary enclosures on MSTC website on or before 11:00 AM on August 03, 2026. Vendors shall submit tender proposal along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) as prescribed in the tender. The Technical Bid shall be opened at 03:00 PM on August 03, 2026. Financial bid of only those Vendors who are found to be eligible on evaluation of their documents shall be opened on a later date, after intimating the qualified Vendors. 3. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. 4. Any amendment(s)/ corrigendum/ clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on RBI website and MSTC portal only. The Vendors should regularly check the RBI website / MSTC portal for any amendment / corrigendum/ on the above e-Tender. 5.
