The expenses towards payment of bonus will be borne by the contractor who is selected as successful bidder. | | 8 | Whether payment towards Paid leave wages, maternity leave wages etc., will be made? | As per the terms and conditions of the tender/contract agreement, there is no provision for payment towards maternity leave wages or paid leave wages. The contractor needs to ensure that all the statutory obligations pertaining to such leaves is taken care of while submitting the quotes as these will be borne by them once selected. | | 9 | Reliever charges does not include allowances. | The contractor need to quote reliever charges accordingly while submitting their bid. | | 10 | Whether there will be an increase in the tender amount during the next renewal period | Escalation in Non-labour component will be given annually once based on Consumer Price Index and Wholesale Price Index declared by Central Government and the increase in the Labour component will be given based Minimum wages declared by Central Government as per notification which is usually half yearly. (Refer to Section IV (1.1) on Page 24) | | 11 | Request to increase the age group criteria for Fireman and Fire supervisor. | The contractor shall deploy medically and physically fit persons (only from the age group 20 years to 35 years for Firemen and from the age group 25 years to 40 years for Fire Supervisor). In no circumstances, firemen below 20 years and above 35 years of age and Fire Supervisor below 25 years and above 40 years should be employed. | | 12 | Whether any record register to be maintained? | The contractor need to Maintain proper attendance register (of each shift) at each site and get verified monthly from caretaker and Security Officer. Contractor shall provide his own biometric attendance system for monitoring attendance (in/outs) of their staff at each premises. (Refer to clause (C) and (G) of Section - VII on pg. no. 51 and 54-55 respectively) | The above-mentioned clarifications are issued for information of all the intending tenderers.
