However, on certain days when there may be inwards of fresh note remittances along with other regular remittances, the number of required labourers may increase. The participants were informed that contract stipulates that sufficient number of adult and able-bodied labourers for handling of coin bags and note boxes have to be provided by the contractor. RBI shall give the intimation for the minimum number of labourers required for the work as per the terms and conditions mentioned in contract. | | 2. | What kind of work is to be done? | It was informed that the work includes loading, unloading, weighing, carting, stacking of coins/notes packed in bags/boxes and miscellaneous incidental items of work in the premises of the Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow, railway stations/ airports or any premises identified by the Bank. | | 3. | What is included in rates to be quoted? | It was informed that the rates by the participants to be quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes except for GST. | | 4. | Is EMD exempted for MSME | It was informed that EMD has to be remitted by all participating firms as the estimated cost of tender is above ₹10 lakh. | | 5. | What is the frequency of payment of bills? | It was informed that the payment will be made on monthly basis on submission of bills. | Note: -
