SECTION I Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) Reserve Bank of India, Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred as “the Bank”), invites e-tenders under Two-Bid system (Technical and Financial Bid) for the empanelment of suppliers / stockists / chemists (hereinafter referred to as ‘Chemists’ for brevity) for supply of medicines to its employees/ retirees against Credit Slips issued by the Bank’s Medical Consultant/s. The contract shall be for a period of one year initially i.e. from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027, with the provision of renewal of contract for a maximum period of two more years (till December 31, 2027) with the same terms and conditions as agreed upon, for a period of one year at a time i.e. from April 01, 2027, to March 31, 2028, subject to satisfactory performance to be evaluated by RBI Andhra Pradesh RO at the time of expiry of prevailing agreement. The expected annual procurement is ₹14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakh only). 2. Online tenders shall be available for viewing /download from 06.00 PM on February 02, 2026 from the website www.mstcecommerce.com. The tenderer should upload duly completed application along with the necessary enclosures on the MSTC website, as per instructions provided in Section III. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹28,000/- as prescribed in the tender. The Technical bids will be opened electronically at 2:00 PM on February 23, 2026 at RBI, Andhra Pradesh Regional Office. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Part-II (Financial Bid) will be opened electronically of only those bidder(s)/tenderers whose Part-I (Technical Bid) is found acceptable by RBI, Andhra Pradesh Regional Office. Such bidder(s) will be intimated regarding date of opening of Part-II (Financial Bid) through email. 3. Tender document can be downloaded from RBI website: www.rbi.org.in and www.mstcecommerce.com. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only. The tenderers/applicants are requested to regularly check the above website / e-portal for any amendment / corrigendum / clarification on the above websites before submitting their bid. No separate communication shall be made in this regard. The RBI shall have the right to cancel, modify the tender and extend the timeline for submission of bid.
