Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites E-tenders under Two-Cover Bid (Technical & Financial Bid) for Appointment of Concurrent Auditors for the year 2025-26 w.e.f. October 01, 2025 to September 30, 2026 by Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi. The appointment of the Concurrent Auditors will be for a period of one year initially i.e. from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with provision for re-appointment for a maximum of two more years, one year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance under a system of appraisal at the end of the year by the Office/Department. The applicants should submit their bid, as per the instructions regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects as per the prescribed format on or before 12:00 PM on August 12, 2025. The Part-I (Technical Bid) will be opened electronically on August 12, 2025 at 03:30 PM. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
