Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad invites e-tenders (E-tender No.- RBI/Ahmedabad Regional Office/Estate/7/24-25/ET/284) from eligible electrical empaneled vendors/contractors for providing manpower and support services for Annual Maintenance Contract for day-to-day operation and maintenance of various electrical installations at Bank’s Main Office Building as well as all properties attached with RBI office, Ahmedabad. The work is estimated to cost Rs. 44.00 Lakh all-inclusive of taxes per annum. 1. The EMD of Rs. 88,000/- may be remitted through NEFT/ Bank guarantee and documentary evidence in support of remittance shall be submitted in sealed cover addressed to The Regional Director, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad - so as to reach up to 02:00 PM on August 14, 2024 superscripted as “EMD for Annual Maintenance Contract for day to day operation and maintenance of various Electrical installations at Bank’s Main Office Building at Ahmedabad”. 2. Online tenders will be available for viewing /download from 6.00 PM on August 01, 2024 from the website www.mstcecommerce.com. 3. A pre-bid meeting of the intending bidders will be held on August 02, 2024 at 04:00 PM at 4th Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Main Office Building, Ahmedabad-380014. The duly filled in tender documents shall be uploaded on MSTC site till 02:00 PM on August 14, 2024. 4. Tender forms can be downloaded for viewing from the website www.mstcecommerce.com w.e.f August 01, 2024 from 6:00 PM. 5. Part I & II (Price bid) of the tenders will be opened on-line at 03:00 PM on August 14, 2024 in the presence of the authorized representative of the bidders who choose to be present. 6. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason there for.
