Vendor can terminate the contract at any point of time by giving a three months' notice to the Bank. Bank, at its discretion, may also terminate the contract by giving one month notice to the vendor. | Note: -
The above corrigendum shall form the part of bid document / Agreement. -
The corrigendum will also be uploaded on MSTC portal. -
Rest of the Terms and conditions and specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain same. -
The above addition is issued for the information of all the intending bidders. -
