Last date for submission of e-tender on MSTC (https://www.mstcecommerce.com) is February 23, 2021 before 1000 hours. Tender will be opened electronically by the Tender Committee in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives (who wish to be present on the same day at 1500 hrs at HRMD, RBI, 10/3/8, Nrupathunga Road, Bengaluru 560001). In case of any holiday on the day of opening, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time but the tender shall be closed for bidding on February 23, 2021 at 1000 hrs, as scheduled above.
