Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad invites sealed applications for empanelment of contractors / suppliers for various Civil, Electrical, and other works in Bank’s properties located at Ahmedabad. The supplies / works will range upto ₹100 lakh in different trades and categories. The panel will remain in force for a period of three years i.e., from April 01, 2027, to March 31, 2030. Interested contractors / suppliers may download the application form from the Bank’s website at ‘https://www.rbi.org.in’ under the link ‘Tenders’ or collect the Application form from the following address: Deputy General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Fourth Floor, Near Gandhi Bridge, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380009. Interested contractors / suppliers may apply for empanelment for single or multiple trades for the categories indicated in the tender form. For a trade, the application may be submitted for any category, or more than one category or for all categories, as per their eligibility / willingness. Note: Applying for higher amount trade shall make the contractors / suppliers eligible to participate in the lower amount trade. Last date of Submission of Sealed Cover is up to 05:00 PM on November 23, 2026. The applicants must submit the completed application form along with requisite documents in a sealed cover superscribed “Empanelment for 2027-2030 – Estate Department” to the following address on or before 05:00 PM of November 23, 2026.
