The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted by Estate Department, at Conference Room, Main Office Building on July 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM in presence of the following:

For Reserve Bank of India:

  1. Shri B. Kamal Nayak, Assistant General Manager

  2. Shri. R K Khandelwal, Assistant Manager (Tech-Electrical)

  3. Shri. Palash Chaurasia, Assistant Manager (Estate)

  4. Shri. Swapnil Tule, Junior Engineer (Tech-Electrical)

Tenderers:

No tenderer attended the meeting.

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank's clarification on the same is as follows:

Query: Whether any company which does not have a service setup in Nagpur for rendering after sales service be allowed to participate in the tender process? (Through e-mail)

Clarification: Please refer point 2. Eligibility Criteria: para (v) on page no. 4 of tender document for clarification.
