EMD will not carry any interest. It would be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within 10 working days of the award of the contract. In case of the successful bidder, the EMD will be refunded after payment of security deposit in the form of a valid bank guarantee and execution of the contract. EMD shall be forfeited, if the bidder withdraws his bid during the period of tender validity or fails to execute the contract upon award of work. Tenders received after due date and time shall be rejected. Tenders not complying with the provisions of bidding documents are liable to be rejected. In case of any problem/dispute, decision of Chief General Manager, RBI Belapur, Navi Mumbai will be final and binding on all parties. RBI is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender.
