(E-tender No. RBI/Mumbai Regional Office/HRMD/7/25-26/ET/1038) The pre-bid meeting of the e-Tender for supply and delivery of 100 Stationery articles under Rate Contract 2026-27 to the Bank’s Offices in Mumbai Region (E-tender No. RBI/Mumbai Regional Office/HRMD/7/25-26/ET/1038 was held on March 18, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. The meeting was conducted offline at the Bank’s premises and was attended by Nine representatives of Eight vendors. Shri Subhan Basha, AGM, presided over the meeting. The list of participants is given in Annexure I. 2. At the onset of the meeting, AGM welcomed the participants and invited queries, if any, from the participants regarding the tender. 3.
