The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted by Estate Department, at Conference Hall, Main Office Building on June 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM in presence of the following:

For Reserve Bank of India:

  1. Shri. B Kamal Nayak, Assistant General Manager (Estate)

  2. Shri. R K Khandelwal, Assistant Manager (Tech-Electrical)

  3. Shri. Palash Chaurasia, Assistant Manager (Estate)

  4. Shri. Ishan Jamjare, Assistant (Estate)

Tenderers:

  1. Shri. Michael Francis from M/s Simi Electronics

  2. Shri. Manoj Jha from M/s Key Computers

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows:

Query: Should the rack of battery bank be fireproof?

Clarification: Yes, both the rack and the battery bank should be of fire retardant material.
