Please refer to the “E-Tender for Disposal of shredded currency note briquettes/shreds.” (e-Tender No: RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/1/23-24/ET/81/Disposal of shredded notes) 2. In this connection it is informed that the captioned e-Tender was created in two parts i.e. Technical Bid and Price Bid. However, it has come to our notice that due to some technical issues, the system is allowing submission of Technical Bid only and is not allowing submission of Price-Bid. 3. Further, for submission of Price Bid for this e-Tender, a separate e-Tender event has been created on MSTC portal (www.mstcecommerce.com/eproc) the details and timelines of which are as under: | A | e-Tender Number | RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/2/23-24/ET/138[Disposal of Shredded Currency] | | B | Start Date and time for submission of Price Bid | 18-10-2023 at 15:00 hrs | | C | Last Date and time for submission of Price Bid | 23-10-2023 upto 12:00 hrs | | D | Last Date and time for submission of and transaction fee | 23-10-2023 upto 12:00 hrs | | E | Date and Time of Opening of Price Bid | Date and Time of opening of Price Bid shall be intimated separately to the tenderers found eligible in the Technical Bid | 5. The willing tenderers are hereby advised that after submission of Technical Bid on MSTC Portal (www.mstcecommerce.com/eproc) in the tender event - RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/1/23-24/ET/81, they have to submit the price bid separately in separate tender event created on MSTC Portal (www.mstcecommerce.com/eproc) RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/2/23-24/ET/138[Disposal of Shredded Currency] having only Price Bid. Therefore, all bidders have to invariably submit the Technical Bid in tender event - RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/1/23-24/ET/81 and Price Bid in tender event RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/2/23-24/ET/138[Disposal of Shredded Currency]. 6. EMD to be submitted along with Technical Bid only by 12:00 pm on October 23, 2023 through NEFT as per tender: RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/1/23-24/ET/81. No separate EMD to submitted along with price bid in the captioned tender event i.e RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/2/23-24/ET/138[Disposal of Shredded Currency]. Tenderers who submit Technical Bid and Price Bid without submission of EMD by 12:00 pm on October 23, 2023 will not be considered eligible for opening of Part-I of tender event RBI/Delhi Regional Office/Issue/1/23-24/ET/81 i.e the Technical Bid. 7. Further, tenderers are advised to regularly check RBI website or MSTC portal for any further communication in the matter. 8.
