Minutes of Pre-bid meeting Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), intends to prepare a panel of suppliers / stockists / chemists (hereinafter referred to as Chemists for brevity) for supply of medicines to the employees of Reserve Bank of India Shillong, on Credit slip. The panel is expected to remain operational for a period of three years subject to satisfactory performance. The Bank invites applications from such Chemists who are interested in inclusion in the panel. Chemists who fulfill the eligibility criteria and agree to the other terms and conditions mentioned in this document should apply in the prescribed form (Annex I) to the General Manager & Officer-in-Charge, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, 3rd Floor, GMTD Building (BSNL), Opposite Lady Hydari Park, Barik, Shillong – 793001, Meghalaya. Duly completed applications along with the necessary enclosures, in a sealed envelope super scribed ‘Empanelment of pharmacies for providing medicines on credit slip to employees of RBI, Shillong’ should be dropped in the tender box kept for the purpose by the Shillong Office of the Bank, by March 13, 2023 at 15:00 Hrs.
