E-Tender No: 2026_RBI_295961 A Pre-Bid Meeting of the intending bidders and Bank’s officials, for the captioned work was convened as per schedule at 11:00 Hrs. on November 05, 2026. List of the intending bidders who attended the pre-bid meeting is given in Annexure-A. The following queries were raised by intending bidders during the pre-bid meeting. Clarifications given by the Bank with respect to query raised are furnished below: | Sl. iii. 5% of the quoted rate against installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of all the AHUs to the Bank and after submission and successful verification of Performance of Bank Guarantee as per clause 2.ii under Section V of this tender.
iv. 5% of the quoted rate after the expiry of Defect Liability Period or against submission and successful verification of Performance of Bank Guarantee as per clause 2(i) under Section V of this tender after installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of the AHUs to the Bank. | Note: This minute of pre-bid meeting is for information of all the intending bidders and shall form a part of the tender document.
