(2026_RBI_295340_1) The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on November 02, 2026 at 15:00 Hrs. at Conference Room No.2, Bank’s Office Building, RBI, Belapur. Only one firm has participated in the Pre-bid meeting. The details are given in Annex-I. 2. Representative of the firm was welcomed and briefed about the captioned work. The Bank Officials also explained various aspects of the tender which needs to be taken care by them during submission of their bids. Further, the query raised by the firm, M/s Eurocoustic Products Ltd vide mail dated October 31, 2026 has been discussed in the Pre-Bid meeting and clarifications given by the Bank are tabulated below: | Sr No. | Queries raised by firms | Clarification provided by the Bank | | 1. | Technical Specifications (Partition) “The double skin flush type laminated panels / tiles shall be fixed between skirting level and work surface level on both sides. The laminated panels / tiles shall be made out of approved make, minimum 9 mm thick, exterior quality, fire retardant, phenol formaldehyde resin bonded particle board or equivalent material post laminated in factory with approved make and shade lamination of minimum 1.5 mm thick pasted on external faces. A balancing laminate of 0.8 mm thickness in white shade shall also be factory pasted on the concealed faces of the panels / tiles.” – The firm informed that it should be 9mm prelam board. | It is clarified that the proposal is not acceptable and the bidders are informed to strictly adhere to the specifications mentioned in the tender document, while quoting their rates for this work. | | 2. | Technical Specifications (Workstation Surface) – “The work surface shall be made as described in the schedule of quantity / drawings or out of 25 mm thick fire-retardant quality MDF board with post-formed laminated top / or as described in the schedule of quantity. All the exposed edges of the table shall be finished with 2mm thick edge binding/PVC lipping fuxed with hot pressed /melt high resistance EVA glue of approved make and shade / or as described in the schedule of quantity. The work surface of the worktable shall finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate & bottom finished with balancing laminate 0.8 mm thick of white shade. Hence, requested to clarify why the same documents are required to be submitted again. | It is clarified that the bidders are required to submit duly filled and signed Annexures I, III, IV (If applicable), VII, VIII and IX on CPP portal at the time of submission of bids. Further, remaining Annexures mentioned in the Tender Document may be submitted by the successful bidder after the award of work. | 3. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement/ contract. 4. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain the same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 5. The above clarifications are issued for the information& necessary action of all the intending bidders. 6. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above, if any.
