iii. Shri Amiya Parida, M/s PGL Furnitures Pvt. Ltd. | 2. The representatives from above three firms attended the captioned meeting. However, no queries were raised by the firms. 3. The firms were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the CPP portal. The firms were further advised to contact with CPP portal support system and Estate Department Officials if they face any issues while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4. The minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain the same.
