Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) invites Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Bid for “Providing Integrated Facility Management Services at Main Office Premises and Various Colonies of Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru” at Reserve Bank of India, Post Box No. 5467, 10/3/8, Nrupathunga Road, Bengaluru - 560001 from eligible and willing Companies/Firms. The estimated annual value of the contract is ₹8,16,52,308/- (Rupees Eight Crore Sixteen Lakh Fifty-Two Thousand Three Hundred and Eight only) including GST. The initial period of Contract shall be for one year from the date specified in the Work Order as per laid down Contractual obligations. 2. This is an open e-tender through GeM, with a two-packet bid comprising technical and financial bids. Only those Companies/Firms which are registered on GeM and are eligible to participate in the published GeM Bid shall be able to take part in the tendering process. The tender document will be available for viewing and download from September 7, 2026 at 05:00 PM onwards on GeM at https://gem.gov.in.
