The Pre-Bid virtual meeting for the captioned tender was conducted on July 10, 2026, at 03.00 PM. All the empaneled EMAs except M/s Crayons Advertising Limited, participated in the meeting. The details of the participants are given in the Annexure-I. 2. Bank’s clarification regarding query raised by participating EMAs is as under: | Sr. no. | Query raised by the firm | Clarification by FinTech Department | i. | Two EMAs sought clarity in one of the sub-head in BOQ i.e. Content Creation | It was informed during the meeting that the detailed BOQ under the sub head - Content Creation, will be incorporated. The same is provided in Annex-II. | 3. Note a. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on MSTC along with the tender by the tenderers. b. EMAs should refer only to the technical specifications mentioned in the financial bid proforma for details while bidding. c. Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. d. Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
