Representatives from two firms viz., M/s. Stedrant Technoclinic Pvt Ltd, M/s. ISSPL Limited, had participated in the pre-bid meeting along with officials of the Bank. List of participants is mentioned in Annexure-I The following queries / proposals were raised during the pre-bid meeting. The clarifications given by the Bank are as follows: | Sl. The vendors are advised to submit the bids through the newly incorporated MSTC portal only and eligibility criteria documents as mentioned in tender document shall also be uploaded in MSTC. -
Bidders are advised to quote without waiting till the last date and time to avoid any technical issues during uploading. Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender. All other parts of the tender document continue to remain unaltered. Submission of tenders shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications as mentioned above.
