Pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted on April 06, 2026 at 11.00 AM at Estate conference room in 2nd floor of Main office building. Shri. Santhosh Kumar P S, AGM (Tech-Civil), welcomed the participants to the meeting and invited queries, if any, from the prospective bidders regarding the captioned tender. The details of queries raised by the Contractor and clarifications / comments of the Bank are tabulated below: | Sl. No. | Points of discussion | Bank’s Clarifications | | a | Time of completion of work | It was informed that time of completion of work is 8 weeks from 10th day of issue of work order and provision for extension is available, as defined in Clause 27 of the General Conditions of the Contract. | | b | Schedule of quantities | It was informed that the contractor shall carry out and complete the work in every respect in accordance with the technical specifications and schedule of quantities mentioned in the tender document, as per specifications and methodology of approved waterproof chemical manufacturer and with the directions of and to the satisfaction of the Bank's Engineer. | | c | Use of double tubular scaffolding | It was informed that the Contractor has to erect strong and double tubular scaffolding for the items of works (internal and external side of OHT) which cannot be taken up from a single ladder of height 8 feet from ground level. Bank shall not allow such works without erecting scaffolding as above. | | d | Use of clamps for fixing of inlet/outlet/overflow/scour pipes | It was informed that the pipes shall be fixed with clamps and MS supports wherever required for vertical stacks and connecting to existing retaining pipes in accordance with the technical specifications and schedule of quantities mentioned in the tender document. | | e | Last date of quotation | It was clarified by the Bank that the last date of submission of e-tender in MSTC portal is on April 17, 2026. However, the vendors are requested to submit the tenders well in advance to avoid any last-minute hitches. | 3. Bidders shall note that all the above clarifications provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting along with details indicated in the Tender document shall form part of the Tender/Contract. 4.
