No. 11 on Page 4 of 5 of the Minutes of Meeting as under: -
(i) It is requested to kindly clarify whether the requirement of medical insurance is applicable only for the deployed staff/personnel, or whether the coverage is also required to include their family members, namely spouse and children below the age of 18 years. The above clarification is sought for our clear understanding and for compliance with the tender Conditions. | Medical Insurance shall be considered for deployed staff only and cost of the same shall be considered while quoting the amount. Bank will not reimburse the cost of medical insurance separately. | Note: Above clarifications are issued for the information of all intending bidders. This shall form the part of bid document/Agreement. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. Submission of Bids shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and clarifications. Regional Director
